OUR TEAM

The 10 founding members were assigned roles and responsibilities according to their interests and skills, based on volunteering, a fundamental principle of the Association.

The Chapateca Association team is made up of a diverse group of dedicated volunteers, including students, single mothers, and young entrepreneurs, who work as facilitators and bring unique perspectives and skills.

They are the driving force behind our activities, engaging directly with children and guiding them on their journey into reading. To ensure their effectiveness, they receive ongoing support and training from the management team.

Additionally, the Association engages partner facilitators, staff members, community participants, and external volunteers to enrich the experience and promote intercultural exchange.
